My Widal test report shows O antigen positive up to 1:160, H antigen positive up to 1:40, AH antigen positive up to 1:40, and BH antigen positive up to 1:40. Please explain what this means and advise what I should do?

An O antigen titer of 1:160 may indicate typhoid exposure. But Widal is not very specific. If symptoms like fever persist, consult doctor.

This is my Widal test report: Salmonella typhi O 1:320 dilutions, Salmonella typhi H 1:160 dilutions, Salmonella typhi AH negative, and Salmonella typhi BH negative. Is this a typhoid attack or not? I am a breastfeeding mother, and my baby is three months old. Will my baby get infected? Please give a clear explanation and suggest what kind of diet I should follow.

I have attached my Widal test report. The test was done on the sixth day of the fever, which was around 103 degrees F. Please tell me whether it is typhoid or not, as I have received two different opinions from two doctors. I am very confused.
