Findings suggest nutritional deficiencies (Vit D, iron), possible allergic inflammation (eosinophils), and mild anemia. Recommend addressing diet and deficiencies.

View allHello Doctor, my reports consistently show normocytic, mildly hypochromic RBCs, and I am concerned about what this means. I am pregnant and currently taking iron supplements and bifolate tablets, yet the results have not changed. Does mildly hypochromic indicate anemia, and should I consider getting a thalassemia test done?

I tested COVID 19 positive. After completing about 15 days of isolation, I had a Complete Blood Count test to check if everything was alright. I would like to know if my report is normal or if I need any medications or further tests. Please find my report attached.
