Please share the exact HBA1c value to confirm. If it is below 5.7 percent, it is normal 5.7 to 6.4 percent indicates prediabetes 6.5 percent or above suggests diabetes. Based on the level, lifestyle changes or medication may be needed.

Hello, I have purchased a health policy and the policy issuer has raised concerns over the medical tests conducted from their end. My father HbA1c test has come out marginally increased at 6.2 in his blood report. Because of this, the issuer is not willing to provide the policy to my father. At present, my father is not taking any medicines and this matter is troubling me.
