Please find my attached blood report and help me understand the possible reason behind my chest pain and excessive acid production in the stomach. My SGPT level is high, could this be related to a liver issue?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Elevated SGPT suggests liver irritation, possibly from fatty liver or medications. Chest pain may be gastric. Lifestyle changes and liver safe meds advised.
