If that urine report is 2 years old, it may not reflect current sensitivity. Clavam works in many cases. But if infection symptoms persist or worsen, repeat urine culture is needed.

My urine report shows pus cells 20 to 24. Both kidneys show a few tiny calculi with the largest 3 mm on the right side and 2 mm on the left side. No hydronephrosis is seen on either side.
