Predominantly macrocytic normochromic with macroovalocytes. I have uploaded my report here. Please help me understand the diagnosis?

Macrocytic normochromic anemia with macroovalocytes usually points to Vitamin B12 or folate deficiency. Check your B12, folate, and reticulocyte count. Symptoms may include fatigue or tingling.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Reticulocyte Count Test Test

I need assistance regarding foods and supplements to help recover my vitamin levels, which are very low according to my recent report (screenshot attached). I have also been experiencing severe back pain since August 2019, and it is been almost a year now. I am not sure what to do. Please suggest some advice or guidance.
