Recently, I had a diagnostic test done for insurance purposes. I was diagnosed with a fasting blood sugar of 164 and an HbA1c level of 9, and my insurance was rejected stating that I am diabetic. I would like to know more since no doctor opinion was taken?

Fasting Blood Sugar greater than or equal to 126 mg/dL confirms diabetes mellitus. HbA1c greater than or equal to 6.5 percent also confirms chronic elevated blood glucose levels, your result (9 percent) shows poor glucose control over the last 3 months. It is important to start treatment to avoid complications like neuropathy, retinopathy, kidney disease. A diagnosis should be confirmed by a doctor consultation and repeat testing. Lifestyle changes, medication, and diet counseling will likely be needed.

View allI have had jock itch for the last 2 years. It goes away temporarily if I take medicine for about 7 days, but it comes back within 15 days. I cannot sleep properly at night and feel uncomfortable during the day at the office. I have now shifted to Ayurvedic medicines, but it is taking longer, and the itch is still there. I did some blood tests, which show my CBC count is low. My Ayurveda doctor said this means I have a weak immune system, which is why I get infections continuously. I also have thyroid with TSH 8.45. Can Ayurveda help me? Is this because of a weak immune system? I just want to get rid of the jock itch first. Please help.
