Respected Sir/Madam, I am having mild fever and weakness along with pain in the calf and lower back. At times I also experience headache, sweating, and feeling cold. Today I got my test done. I have already completed a 5 day course of antibiotics but I still feel feverish. My test report shows that I am Widal positive weakly and my LFT results are SGPT 128 and SGOT 73. I have attached the report. Kindly suggest what should be done.

Elevated liver enzymes suggest viral or enteric infection. WIDAL is unreliable alone. Please take Typhi Dot IgM and Dengue NS1 tests.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a Typhidot Test Test or Take a Dengue NS1 Antigen - Elisa Test

My Widal report shows S. Paratyphi A from 1/20 to 1/160 are all positive, S. Typhi H and O are positive at 1/20, and S. Paratyphi B is negative. All other sections are negative. Do I have typhoid disease? What should I do regarding this? Is it in a lethal or dangerous condition or is there no need to be anxious?
