Seven days ago, my total bilirubin level was 1.8, and I had taken Ayurvedic medicine with a proper diet. But now, my blood test report shows total bilirubin 2.2. I am 24 years old and have not experienced any fever. Is this jaundice? If so, can you suggest some remedies?

Mild rise in bilirubin without symptoms may suggest Gilberts syndrome or dietary influence. If no yellowing or other symptoms, it may not be concerning.

Could you please advise on dietary measures to help reduce these liver enzymes and cholesterol? Are there specific foods or fruits that would be beneficial? I have attached my report for reference.
