Your symptoms and urine report (pus cells 200 to 300/HPF, occult blood) strongly suggest a urinary tract infection with possible kidney involvement. Start plenty of fluids and consult a doctor for antibiotics. Blood in urine and back pain could indicate pyelonephritis. Dont delay treatment.

My father is 67 years old and we have taken a urine test for him as he mentioned that the color of his urine has been yellow for quite some time. In the urine test report, it shows pus cells 25 to 30 per HPF, RBC 4 to 5 per HPF, and epithelial cells 4 to 6 per HPF. What does this mean? Can you please provide your guidance? Hi, I am 22 weeks pregnant. My recent tests show: Glucose challenge test: 65 mg/dL Urine: Pus cells 5 to 6/hpf, Epithelial cells 4 to 6/hpf Hemoglobin: 11.1 g/dL Are these results normal, or is there anything to be concerned about?
