Severe back pain with burning sensation while passing urine. It started with clotted blood in urine and drops of blood. Urine report says pus cells 200 to 300 per high power field and occult blood present?

Your symptoms and urine report (pus cells 200 to 300/HPF, occult blood) strongly suggest a urinary tract infection with possible kidney involvement. Start plenty of fluids and consult a doctor for antibiotics. Blood in urine and back pain could indicate pyelonephritis. Dont delay treatment.

Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

I had a UTI and was treated with cefixime 400 mg twice a day for 7 days. Here are the results of my repeat urinalysis: color yellow, transparency slightly turbid, specific gravity 1.010, reaction pH 5.0, sugar/albumin/protein negative, WBC pus cells 8 to 12 hpf, RBC 0 to 2 hpf, epithelial cells moderate, and bacteria few. What does this mean?
