Under what conditions or severity of dengue should a patient be hospitalized?

RBC, PCV, and platelet counts slightly below normal
No parasites detected
Could you please advise what these results indicate and if any further treatment or investigations are needed?

My urine test is normal, and my CBC blood report shows a marginally low platelet count of 1.49 lakh. The doctor prescribed only Paracetamol, which provides temporary relief for a few hours. Doctor, what could be the cause of this prolonged fever? I do not have any other symptoms besides fever and fatigue.
