Sir, I have done my lipid profile test. Total cholesterol is 171, triglycerides 165, HDL 33, LDL 105, and VLDL 33. Please suggest, is this really dangerous and should I take medicines?

Your results are not dangerous but slightly imbalanced. HDL is a bit low and triglycerides are mildly high. These can often be corrected with regular walking, healthy eating, and reduced oily food. You may not need medicines immediately repeat your test in 3 months to check improvement. Consider getting an LFT done to check proper liver functioning.
