A creatinine level of 1.3 is slightly high but can improve with care. Keep blood sugar and blood pressure well controlled to protect kidney health. Drink adequate water and avoid painkillers unless prescribed. Repeat Kidney Function Test (KFT) regularly to monitor creatinine and other kidney markers. Hi, please suggest based on the below symptoms and test report. A 64 year old female has creatinine 1.19, phosphorus 4.41, potassium 5.40, and chloride 110.00, all high. HbA1c is 6.2 and fasting sugar is 131, which is high. TSH is 2.88 and controlled. ESR is 16 and C reactive protein is 3.82. Historically, she is taking Telvas 40 for high blood pressure and Eltroxine 100 mg for thyroid, which is controlled in the current report. She was previously diagnosed with high ESR around 90 and high C reactive protein, but this time both are controlled. Please suggest what action should be taken?

I have less hunger and visited a consultant. My creatinine level is greater than 10. The size of my kidneys has decreased: right kidney 8.8 cm, left kidney 8.5 cm. Cortical echogenicity is raised in both kidneys. The pelvicalyceal system is normal in both kidneys. What does this indicate?
