Today is my second day of missed period and I got a positive urine pregnancy test with a clear test line. Is it 100 percent confirmed or should I take some other test?

A positive urine pregnancy test (UPT) just 2 days after your missed period, especially with a clear test line, is a very reliable indicator of pregnancy. For 100 percent confirmation, you can take a Beta HCG blood test, which measures the pregnancy hormone more precisely. If the value is above 25 mIU/mL, its considered positive. After 6 to 7 weeks, an ultrasound will confirm the location and heartbeat.

After marriage, in whichever month I had sex, my period gets delayed by 6 to 7 days. In the month in which I do not have sex, periods come in 29 to 31 days. We did not use any pills or condoms. The only method was no inside ejaculation. Now we want a baby. In September month, for the first time he ejaculated inside me. Now I have completely missed my period this October month. My last period was on 1st September. UPT is negative. Blood test HCG 0.44 mIU/ml is also negative. What is this behaviour?
