Two months ago, I had a blood test, and my hemoglobin was 6. My doctor prescribed Livogen and Ultrafeolic tablets, which I have been taking for 2 months. My hemoglobin has now improved to 10, but my heels are cracking and very painful. I have tried creams like crack cream, white petroleum jelly, and Vaseline, but nothing helps. Why is this happening, and what can I do to treat it?

Heels may crack due to anemia recovery, dryness, or vitamin deficiency. Apply urea based creams at night. Take Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and Zinc tests.

View allI am 25 years old and have been experiencing weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, excessive sleep, and occasional hand shivering. I consulted a doctor who advised various tests, including an X ray, all of which came back normal. The doctor said I am okay and recommended focusing on diet and exercise, which I am already doing. Another doctor suggested testing my Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, and calcium levels. Although my mother received injections and has normal reports, my tests show a Vitamin B12 level of 182 (normal range 239 to 931) and Vitamin D (25hydroxy) level of 18.8 (normal range 20 to 100). Are these results normal? Please advise on what steps I should take.

My symptoms are similar to restless leg syndrome: tingling sensation under feet, leg pain, fatigue, drowsiness, etc. I have done blood tests, thyroid, kidney, and liver tests and all are normal. Please help me with this as I have been suffering for 2 years. I have used some multivitamin and mineral tablets.

My blood report shows B12 as 63 indicating deficiency and vitamin D as 11.1 indicating insufficiency. I am a pure vegetarian. Is Supradyn okay for this and do I need to take B12 injections as a supplement?
