Is a urine culture required despite a normal urine report with no excess pus cells? Please guide. Thanks.

If urine routine is normal and there are no symptoms burning, fever, frequency, urine culture is usually not needed. However, if symptoms persist, a culture can help identify hidden infection.

I am experiencing burning sensation and pain in my abdomen along with white discharge. The lab report mentions blood present written in pen, but I am not sure what that means. I have attached my report, could you please help me understand the results and advise on what this might indicate?

Hi doctor, I had a urine routine test because I felt a mild burning sensation in the vaginal area. The report was almost normal, showing 4 to 6 pus cells and 2 to 4 epithelial cells. After a week of taking Niftas 100 mg tablet, I was feeling okay. I also had my period when I started taking this UTI medicine. On the 7th day of my menstrual flow, I did masturbation, and the next hour I saw a few blood spots. My flow had already stopped on the 5th day. Why is there spotting? Is it related to a serious health issue? I still feel mild itching and burning in the vaginal area. Is this an infection? I did another urine test today. The report shows pus cells 2 to 4, epithelial cells 6 to 8, and a few traces of protein (albumin). Please suggest if this is normal or if I need other medicine. I have attached both reports the first week and todays urine report. Please help me?
