During erection my foreskin sticks to the glans and only goes just below the head. I've heard steroid cream might help would that work for me? I don't feel pain during full erection, but the foreskin stays stuck below the glans. Also, when I masturbate, no semen comes out. Can this be fixed without surgery? Is this phimosis?
