I've been using Femcinol A gel for around a year now. Lately, I've noticed small pimples showing up, and my face looks whiter compared to the rest of my body. There are also some tiny black dots and dark spots on my face. Could all this be because I've been using the gel too much, or is there something else going on? What should I do about it?

I'm using Deriva Cms gel for treating my acne, but I have sensitive combination skin, and I'm a bit unsure about how to go about it. Should I apply the gel just on the acne spots, or is it okay to put it on my whole face? I'm really hoping to get this right, so your advice would be super helpful!

One such option is Melalite Forte cream, to be applied once daily at night on the affected areas. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further darkening.
