Dear Sir, I have chikungunya since 2 days. My CBC report shows MCHC 34, Neutrophils 89, Lymphocytes 6, PDW 16, WBC 6499, and Platelet count 260000. My main symptoms are burning on the tongue and throat due to difficulty in eating. What treatment should I take and what is the reason for burning on the tongue and throat? Is it due to the virus or medication? I also have joint pain and sometimes fever.

Hi Doctor, My recent reports show the following: Blood Report: RDWCV: 14.6 RBCs: Normocytic, Normochromic Liver Function Test: ALT and SGPT: 73.0 U per L A and G Ratio: 1.8.
