In summer, my body temperature is normal, but I feel like my face, arms, and feet are burning and uncomfortable. Sometimes there is swelling in my feet. My nose gets blocked, making it difficult to breathe through it. My CBC is normal. My thyroid is normal. My blood sugar tests are normal. I have had no weight gain or loss in the past few months. I am taking a proper diet. Please suggest a solution for these problems?
