View allI got my leg rod removed a month back and from the past few days I am experiencing full sleepiness, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, and sometimes blurry vision. I have attached my blood report taken before surgery. Is any deficiency causing these symptoms. I suffer from GERD with mild hiatus hernia for a few years. I also suffer from frequent UTI. What medication should I take to overcome this problem. Is it due to anemia that all this is happening?

I had a D&C on 9th March. For the last three to four days, I have been experiencing pelvic pain and was taking Meftas Spas. Yesterday, the pain increased so much that I had to rush to the hospital and get a USG done, both transvaginal and whole abdomen. The transvaginal scan detected a retention cyst of 4.4 cm. The pain is continuing and is unbearable. Please suggest if there is anything to worry about. MetPCO has been advised. This was my first abortion, and I plan to conceive again within three months. Are there any worries? I have attached my report.
