View allI'm a bit concerned because my recent test showed my vitamin D level is 10.4 ngmL. I'm an eggetarian, so I don't eat meat, but I do include eggs in my diet. I'm not really feeling any typical symptoms of vitamin D deficiency right now, but I'm wondering what supplements I should consider and if there are any changes I need to make in my diet. Could you help me figure out how to improve my vitamin D levels?

Why do diabetics have to inject insulin instead of just drinking it?
If we swallowed insulin the digestive enzymes in our stomach would break it down before reaching our bloodstream. Therefore, at this time, all insulin must be injected into our body.
