What suggestions can you provide based on my report? Also, please advise on diet, including foods I should avoid.

Without a report, general advice includes: avoid processed foods, increase fruits, green vegetables, whole grains. Limit sugar and red meat. Drink plenty of water.

View allI am a diabetic female for the last 20 years. Recently I did a liver function test and my report shows bilirubin total 0.62, AST 62, ALT 40 and GGTP 100. Is this alarming? How can I reduce these levels? The rest of the report is normal.

I got my blood report and my SGOT AST level is 47.2 U/L while the normal reference is up to 35. My lipase level is also high at about 70.83 U/L while the normal reference is up to 60. What should I do? Please suggest and tell me what diet I should maintain.
