My mom is 47 and just found out she has a grossly enlarged uterus with intramural fibroids. The uterus measures around 6.2x7.7x7.3 cm and the fibroids are about 4.8x4.3x4.1 cm. Her hemoglobin is really low at 5. She's against surgery what other options can we explore to manage this?
