I have a 4.5cm dermoid cyst in my right ovary and my doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery. Are hospitals in Indirapuram or Ghaziabad currently performing these surgeries? I'm feeling really unsure and need some advice. My girlfriend got pregnant back in January 2018, and we decided to go for an abortion. She's O negative and I'm B positive, so the doctor gave her an anti-D injection back then. Now, she's pregnant again in June 2018, and we're considering another abortion because we're not ready for a baby. I'm a bit worried and wondering if she needs another anti-D injection this time. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and have a cervical length of 3 CM. I just found out I have a grade 2 anterior placenta. Is it typical to have that at this stage in pregnancy, or should I be concerned?
