View allMy test report in March/April showed HbA1C 9.0, and my current report shows HbA1C 4.6. I used to take insulin, but since September I have been taking tablets as prescribed: Glyciphage SR 500 twice daily before meals and Voglitor MD 0.3. My current FBS is 92 and PPBS is 128. Kindly let me know what I should do?

I did the HBA1C, OGTT, and TSH tests as recommended by a doctor at Cloudnine. My report shows HBA1C 9.7, average glucose 231.69, fasting sugar 191 high, 1 hour post load 326 high, 2 hours post load 398 high, and TSH 7.325 high. These values are higher than normal. What would be your suggestion regarding diet or medicines?
