He has been taking Atarax 6 ml and Rantac 3.5 ml for the past day, but he feels very weak and even fell down while complaining of nausea. I got a CBC done, and his platelet count is normal.

TLC: 6500
ESR: 6.0
My hemoglobin, RBC, MCHC, and RDW are above the expected range. Could this cause any problems? Please suggest what I should do.
