Widal test report: Salmonella Typhi O 1:80, Salmonella Typhi H 1:80, Salmonella Paratyphi AH 1:20, Salmonella Paratyphi BH 1:20. These are my kids Widal test reports. My son is 9 years old and my daughter is 8 years old. Is this a typhoid attack?

A titre of 1:80 for S. Typhi O and H suggests possible early or past infection, but is not definitive. If fever persists, clinical correlation is needed. Please do the required CBC and blood culture to confirm typhoid.
