Widal test report shows S. Typhi O 1:40 positive, S. Typhi H 1:160 positive, S. Para Typhi AH negative, and S. Para Typhi BH negative. Is this typhoid high, medium, or low? What are the common medicines for this?

These titres suggest low to moderate past exposure or early typhoid. Widal is not very specific, clinical symptoms matter. Consider repeating test or doing Typhidot or blood culture.
