I've been experiencing some discomfort and I'm really seeking some advice. After eating, my stomach feels bloated and no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to go away. I've consulted an Ayurveda doctor before and they mentioned I have high pitta and vata, but I'm still dealing with these issues.
