25 OH vitamin deficiency. I am sending my report for the same. Please help what to do. What food products should I eat and what medicines should I take?

A level less than 20 ng per mL is deficient. Include egg yolk, oily fish, fortified dairy, and 20 min sunlight daily. Please do the required Vitamin D3 supplement course after consulting your doctor.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a THYROID PROFILE TOTAL (T3, T4, TSH) Test

I want to know if this could be the same problem again, and what should I take to get relief from this morning back pain?
