25 OH vitamin deficiency. I am sending my report for the same. Please help what to do. What food products should I eat and what medicines should I take?

A level less than 20 ng per mL is deficient. Include egg yolk, oily fish, fortified dairy, and 20 min sunlight daily. Please do the required Vitamin D3 supplement course after consulting your doctor.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test or Take a THYROID PROFILE TOTAL (T3, T4, TSH) Test

I underwent a full body checkup yesterday and received my report. I need consultation as several parameters are not within the normal range. Some of the highlighted abnormalities include: Total Cholesterol Serum at 120 mg/dl, Total Lipid at 305.60 mg/dl, Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy at 7.3 ng/ml, Bilirubin Total at 2.10 mg/dl, Bilirubin Direct at 0.83 mg/dl, Bilirubin Indirect at 1.27 mg/dl, and Urea/Creatinine Ratio at 37.74. I am attaching the screenshots of my blood and liver report for your reference. Please review them and suggest the appropriate medication and dietary changes.

I still experience chest pain when I speak loudly, shout, or get angry, and the pain spreads and continues until I lie down or someone rubs my back. I also feel pain while climbing stairs. All tests, including CT Angiography, came back normal, and my cardiologist confirmed no cardiac issues, yet my symptoms persist with no improvement. I am now totally confused about what to do next.
