After undergoing appropriate blood and urine tests, my report shows that my Anti Mullerian Hormone level is high at 12.41. Could this be the reason for my significant weight gain (from 65 kg in 12th class to 79 kg in my second year of college)? Are there any medicines or precautions I should take for this?

High AMH may be seen in PCOS, which can cause weight gain. Consider lifestyle changes and consult a gynecologist.

Hi, I am a 28 year old female, not pregnant and not sexually active. My normal cycle is 30 to 35 days. In December, my period was delayed and came on the 48th day. In January, it was on time. In February, I took Primolute on my doctor advice, and after stopping the medicine on 9th March, my period came on 12th March. In April, it came slightly early on 6th April, possibly due to the pills. In May, it was again delayed and came on the 48th day. I consulted a doctor who performed investigations: CBC is normal, pelvic USG is normal, thyroid is normal. She prescribed Normoz tablets and Evacare syrup. In June, my period was on time, but in July, it is again late (48th day) and has not come. I am really worried. Could this be due to hyperprolactinemia? I am getting married in 6 months, will I be able to conceive?

I am 26 years old, unmarried, and have had irregular periods for the last 8 months. I am under treatment, and last week my hormonal test report showed low AMH (0.39) and high FSH (18). I am very worried, will I be able to get pregnant naturally in the future?

Hi, I am 25 years old. My periods are normal but since 2 to 3 months I am feeling dryness with no lubrication during intercourse. I suffered from covid in April and post covid I am feeling this dryness. I went to a doctor and did my AMH blood test on the second day of my cycle and my report came with 1.68. Is it a concern? What to do for natural lubrication? Will it affect if I plan a baby after 2 years as it is only 10 months of my marriage? Will I face menopause early? Please suggest what to do?
