ANA hep2 is positive at 1:80. What does my report mean? What illness do I have? I have mild fever for many days and I am unable to go to work. I have been told to consult an orthopedician.

Low positive ANA may be seen in early autoimmune disorders like SLE, RA. Further autoimmune workup needed if joint pain, fatigue, or other symptoms present.
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...
Take a ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODY (ANA) Test or Take a CBC+ESR Test

I have pain in my body from neck to hip joints and shoulders after sitting a few minutes, and sometimes I also get headaches. I underwent treatment and my blood report shows abnormal results: total WBC count is 12,700 cells per cumm, ESR is 52 mm per h, and RA factor is 4.8 IU per ml. My doctor prescribed medicine without explaining the report. Can anyone please explain my report? Is there anything serious in my blood report? Are these symptoms of cancer? Please answer and suggest what is better for me.
