Hormonal Fluctuations: Sexual activity might slightly influence hormone levels, but it's unlikely to cause a significant change in menstrual timing.
-
Stress and Lifestyle Changes: Changes in stress or lifestyle associated with sexual activity can affect period timing.
-
Infections or Irritation: Sexual activity can lead to vaginal infections or irritation, causing spotting mistaken for an early period.
-
Pregnancy-Related Bleeding: Without contraception, early bleeding might be implantation bleeding, not a period.
If early periods persist, consult a healthcare provider to rule out underlying issues.

can you regain virginity and does it involve surgery what are the health risks if it does
While hymenoplasty, or hymen repair surgery, can reconstruct the hymen and mimic an intact hymen, it does not technically "regain" virginity in a broader, cultural sense. Virginity is a complex concept influenced by personal, social, and cultural factors, and cannot be fully restored through surgery alone

My mom has an 8.07.5 cm uterine fibroid in the right lateral wall and her endometrial echo is 10 mm. She's dealing with heavy bleeding should she go for surgery, and if so, would a hysterectomy or just a myomectomy be better? We're really confused about what to do next and would appreciate some guidance. I've attached her ultrasound pelvis report for reference.
fibroids larger than 5-6 cm (about 2-2.4 inches), especially if they are affecting your fertility, rapidly growing, or causing symptoms are an indication for hysterectomy
