Can glutathione injections really help me achieve a fairer and more even skin tone all over my body? Id love to know more about how effective they are and if they're safe to use. Could you share some advice on this?

I've been dealing with this rash that appears on one or both of my upper thighs for years now. It's not always there, but when it shows up, it tends to stick around for months. It usually starts out as one or two small circles and then spreads to a much larger area over a week or two. It's not painful, just a bit elevated. It never scabs or blisters, though it only itches when I scratch it or something touches it. I find it quite unsightly and really want to figure out what this could be. Any ideas?

I've got this really painful pimple inside my nose, and it's making one side of my nose swell up. I'm wondering if I can use Surfaz SN ointment on it to help. If that's not a good idea, could you suggest another remedy that might work? It's really uncomfortable.
