Can I wash my 3M 9010 N95 pollution mask with detergent powder? Also, could you recommend a really effective pollution mask for the Delhi air? I'm a bit concerned about safety with all this pollution.

View allI'm really curious about my recent PFT results. I've been dealing with bronchial asthma and allergies for about a year now. Can you help me understand if my PFT looks normal? I'm worried about my breathing and just want to make sure everything's okay.
we can't say that before doing the test

I'm really worried because a year ago my tuberculosis test came back positive and since then I've been dealing with some menstrual problems. I went for ayurvedic treatment and thankfully my report turned negative, but now my test is positive again. My recent USG report mentioned 'koch's abdomen'. Plus, my periods haven't improved, and I'm experiencing pain on my left side and a lymph node in my armpit. I'm not sure what to do. Can you help?

I'm feeling worried because I've been having this cough and a kind of vibration in my chest when I breathe, mainly at night or in the morning. I took cetcip l as my doctor suggested, and it seemed to help, but the symptoms came back just a day after finishing the medication. Should I be concerned about this? Is it something serious?
not that much serious
