Can you help me figure out the right amount of Betadine to use for gargling? I already tried with a glass of water and mixed in 15ml, but it seemed too diluted. So, I added another 10-15ml to the warm water. Is that too much, or am I doing it right?

Dilution Guidelines: a. Typically, use around 10ml of Betadine in 100ml of water. b. Adding 15ml or more to a glass of water may be too strong.
-
Safety Considerations: a. Avoid excessive use; 2-3 times daily is usually sufficient. b. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
-
Alternative Approach: a. If the solution feels too diluted, reduce water instead of increasing Betadine.
