Can you tell me more about piles surgery at this hospital? How long does the procedure usually take and what's the recovery like? I'm a bit worried and want to understand what to expect.

I'm 25 and dealing with Pott's spine. I've been on AKT treatment for the past 7 months and recent MRIs show the pus is going down. I did an LFT test and noticed that my alkaline phosphatase is a bit high at 126, while the normal range is 46 to 116. Everything else looks okay. Should I be worried about this? What other medications can I take to help with the side effects of AKT? A friend of mine mentioned trying LIVRITE for 15 days and Bendon while continuing AKT. What do you think I should do?

I had an accident yesterday where my knee gave out while walking. The hospital did an MRI and the report shows a near full thickness tear in my anterior cruciate ligament. Should I consider surgery or can physiotherapy help heal it? I've attached the MRI report for reference.
