Dear Doctors, I would like to know which dose (mg) would be appropriate for my thyroid report values Thyronorm 50 or 25 mg? Please tell me? I have attached my report. TSH 0.09, T4 16.8.

TSH is suppressed, indicating overactive thyroid or overdosage. You should not increase dose. Consult your endocrinologist to possibly reduce dose.

View allI have been experiencing a low grade fever for the past 15 days, mostly in the evenings between 7 to 10 PM, and sometimes after 4 PM. The temperature varies between 98.5F and 99.5F. I have taken Dolo 650 twice. I sometimes feel heaviness in my eyes, but it improves after eating. I have done a Widal test and CBC, which showed only a mild increase in ESR. I am unable to understand the cause of this persistent fever. What could be the reason, and what treatment should I follow?

I experienced heavy menstruation for two consecutive months, and my blood test showed that my TSH level was elevated to 7.2 microIU/mL. Following a friend medical advice, I have started taking Thyroxine Sodium 25 mcg tablets. Will this treatment help normalize my next menstrual cycle, or will I also need hormonal therapy? I am concerned about the possible side effects of hormonal treatment, such as weight gain. Please advise the best approach. I am attaching my reports for your review.
