The doctor thinks I might have an ACL tear and meniscal tear in my right knee since I play professional club cricket and fitness is everything to me. Do I really need surgery for this? I'm worried about how it'll affect my performance after recovery will I be able to get back to playing at my full strength?

View allI have Potts spine at D4 and D5 with TB and got two different opinions one doctor recommends surgery to remove fluid first then TB meds while another says just medication would work what's the best approach for my case
The optimal approach for spinal tuberculosis (Pott's disease) at D4 and D5, with the presence of fluid and differing opinions, depends on the severity of your case, the extent of spinal cord compression, and the presence of abscesses. Both surgical and medical management have a role, and the decision should be made by a multidisciplinary team of experts, considering your specific situation

My niece is 14 and was born with clubfoot her left foot is bent and she has trouble walking. I can share her X-ray report. Can this be treated without surgery?
Yes, your niece's clubfoot could potentially be treated without surgery, even at age 14, depending on the severity and the specific treatment approach. While the most effective time to address clubfoot is in infancy, there are techniques that can still be successful in older children.

I've been struggling with really tight hamstrings and can barely move my back properly are there any good physiologists who can help? I'm considering hamstring lengthening surgery but don't know much about how it works or what recovery looks like afterward. What should I expect if I go through with it?
The operation is done through a small cut in the skin. Through this small opening, little cuts are made into the tight muscles so they can be stretched and made longer.
