Hi Doctor, My ALT is 84.8 and my GGT is 98.1. How can I reduce these levels? I have attached my liver test report. Please check and let me know if I am at risk. Is medication mandatory at these levels? Can a diet plan help reduce them? Is a liver transplant required? Please advise.

I have been experiencing a fever of around 100F for the past 7 days, along with constant headache, body aches, and intermittent chills. I am attaching my CBC, LFT, platelet count, malaria, fasting glucose, and urine test reports for your reference. Please review my test report and let me know if there are any serious concerns. My liver function test (LFT) results are: SGPT (ALT): 69 U/L Direct Bilirubin: 0.31 mg/dL Total Protein: 8.3 g/dL Could you please advise what these values indicate and whether any follow up is needed?
