Hi Doctor, My ALT is 84.8 and my GGT is 98.1. How can I reduce these levels? I have attached my liver test report. Please check and let me know if I am at risk. Is medication mandatory at these levels? Can a diet plan help reduce them? Is a liver transplant required? Please advise.

These values suggest mild liver strain, likely from fatty liver or alcohol. No transplant risk now. Please take a FibroScan, Repeat LFT and follow a low fat, non alcoholic diet. Please take the test for liver staging.

View allI have been suffering from jaundice for the last six months. My urine reports are normal. My blood test shows a total bilirubin of 1.61. My doctor has suggested Udiliv 300 tablets twice a day. Is this safe, or is there any other medicine that can help reduce it faster? I have already taken Liv52.

Does the LFT test result vary before and after taking food? Also, why are there contrasting results for tests done within a gap of 4 to 5 hours?
