Hi Doctor, My ALT is 84.8 and my GGT is 98.1. How can I reduce these levels? I have attached my liver test report. Please check and let me know if I am at risk. Is medication mandatory at these levels? Can a diet plan help reduce them? Is a liver transplant required? Please advise.

These values suggest mild liver strain, likely from fatty liver or alcohol. No transplant risk now. Please take a FibroScan, Repeat LFT and follow a low fat, non alcoholic diet. Please take the test for liver staging.

View allHello doctor I have been facing digestion issues for the past 2 years. Initially I had grade A esophagitis but now it is cured. My digestion problem is almost 80 percent cured but I have noticed that almost every day I feel vibration and bloating in my stomach especially around 1 30 AM to 3 AM. This does not happen if I am not sleeping. I also have fatty liver. My weight is 68 kg and height is 151 cm. Please review my report and let me know if this is a serious issue or not? Thank you in advance.

My blood report shows normocytic normochromic cells with macrocytes and ovalocytes, and my liver enzymes are elevated (SGOT is 55.9 U/L, SGPT is 61.9 U/L). I do not consume alcohol or cold drinks. I want to know if it is safe to undergo surgery for dry ear perforation. Also, could these results indicate any underlying disease? Please advise.

Blood test report attached. The SGPT level is high. Bilirubin is low. What should I do? My SGOT and SGPT levels are always high. Is the liver damaged? What medicines should I take?
