Hi, I am Saket Kumar, 32 years old. My HLA B27 test is positive. I am not facing any problems if I exercise daily, but due to discontinuing exercise, I am suffering from heaviness in the lower part of my knee and feeling tired. Please give me advice for treatment?

HLA B27 positive means a genetic tendency for joint issues like ankylosing spondylitis. Many people have no major problems regular exercise helps control symptoms. Knee or foot pain after stopping activity is common. Restart gentle stretches, walking, or yoga. If pain worsens, get joint tests and visit a doctor.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test or Take a ESR Test (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) Test
