View allI have polycystic ovaries and found out 4 years ago through an ultrasound that my right ovary has a 1.5cm cyst. My right ovary measures 3.1cm x 3.8cm and my left is 2.4cm x 3.1cm. Are these sizes bigger than normal? What's the usual size for ovaries? I really want to know if these cysts can affect pregnancy and how to manage them without surgery or laser treatment. I'm 24, 147cm tall, and weigh 73kg. I also have a history of thyroid issues and currently take Thyroorm 88mcg and Metatime 500mg. Can you help me understand my condition better and suggest natural ways to recover? I've attached my recent prescription for reference.

I've been taking one meftal spas tablet on the first day of my periods to deal with painful cramps, and it usually helps with the pain pretty quickly. But I've noticed that my bleeding has really lessened over time. I only bleed for around two days now, and then there's just a bit of brown or blackish discharge. I'm wondering if the medication could be causing this change, or could there be some other reason for it?
Reduced bleeding and the brown or black spotting you are experiencing could be due to the use of Meftal Spas tablet. Meftal Spas contains a combination of Dicyclomine and Mefenamic Acid, which is commonly used to relieve menstrual pain and cramps. However, if you are concerned about the changes in your menstrual bleeding pattern, it is advisable to consult with your gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
