How long can I safely use Tenovate cream for my psoriasis patches, and is it okay to use Melalite 15 at the same time? I'm a bit confused and need some guidance.

View allI've been dealing with some really bad dandruff lately. It's not just in my scalp but the whole nose area too, which has turned red, hard, and dry. The scales that come off are either white or yellowish, and they seem kind of oily. Plus, I've got these painful boils on my nose that just won't go away. And there's a lot of itching and hairfall. I'm really worried about all thiswhat could be causing it, and how can I get some relief?

I'm dealing with psoriasis and my doctor recommended Kenz Sal lotion, but it's really thick. Any tips on how to properly apply it to my scalp?
To apply thick Kenz Sal Lotion to your scalp: 1. Warm the lotion by placing the bottle in warm water. 2. Apply a small amount to affected areas using a cotton swab or scalp applicator. 3. Gently massage into scalp. 4. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour before washing hair. You can also mix a small amount of lotion with coconut or olive oil to thin it out.
