To apply thick Kenz Sal Lotion to your scalp: 1. Warm the lotion by placing the bottle in warm water. 2. Apply a small amount to affected areas using a cotton swab or scalp applicator. 3. Gently massage into scalp. 4. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour before washing hair. You can also mix a small amount of lotion with coconut or olive oil to thin it out.

I've just used erythego gel for the first time, as my doctor recommended. Initially, it seemed to work because the redness disappeared for a few hours.
