Likely early arthritis or vitamin D deficiency. Get recent Xray and vitamin D test. Strengthening exercises and weight management help.

Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I am suffering from vitamin D deficiency, with a level of 8.83 ng/mL. I have been taking D3 Must 60K chewable tablets (1 tablet weekly) from Mankind Pharma and have taken 4 tablets over the past month. Is this safe? If it is safe, how much longer should I continue this regimen, or should I adjust the frequency (for example, one tablet monthly)? I have attached my report for reference and would like guidance on the correct dosage based on my deficiency.
