I completely tore my ACL in my left knee playing football two years ago but only did basic first aid like icing and rest then slowly started walking again Now it feels unstable and I keep slipping Should I get surgery right away or try exercises first

I've been dealing with genu valgum for the past four years and it's really affecting my daily life. My knees feel so much pressure when I walk, and the pain is constant.
