I fell off my bike and fractured my left collarbone just got the X-ray report. Could you help me understand what treatment options I have? Is surgery necessary, or can it heal without it? Also, how long does recovery usually take for this kind of injury?

Clavicle fracture can heal non-surgically with a brace if not displaced; surgery is needed for severe displacement—recovery takes 6–12 weeks depending on method.

I have ulnar nerve subluxation in my right elbow and might need surgery how long after the operation before I can get back to writing or typing normally
physiotherapy and some painkillers try to manage your condition first.

It's been over 120 days since my surgery and I'm still using an elbow crutch for support while walking. I feel a bit of pain in my knee, maybe from the implant, and some discomfort in the area where I had the fracture. Is this normal? I don't feel confident enough to walk without support yet. How much walking practice is safe at this stage, and what exercises can I do to build strength so I can walk without support soon? I've attached my x-ray from March 25 for reference.
I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.
