I got hit by a ball in my ear a few days ago, and it's been hurting ever since. I can't hear properly from that ear now. Should I be worried, and what should I do about it?

I've noticed that sometimes when I spit in the morning, there's a little bit of blood in it. But after one or two spits, everything seems normal. Should I be worried about this, or is it something that happens sometimes?

I'm experiencing this weird tik tik sound in my left ear, and it feels like there's air trapped in there. Sometimes the sound happens continuously, and then just stops out of nowhere. Should I be concerned about this? What might be causing it?
the symptoms could be due to a number of reasons. There maybe early nerve damage or the symptoms maybe due to underlying nasal problems like allergies, sinusitis etc.
