I got scratched by a stray dog's nails and my doctor said it's nothing to worry about, but he still recommended I take three doses of the Verorab IM vaccine on days 0, 3, and 7. I've already finished them, but I'm concerned because I read that the usual anti-rabies treatment involves five doses on days 0, 3, 7, 14, and 28. Do you think I should get the additional doses on days 14 and 28, or are the three enough?

For your safety, it's recommended to follow the standard 5-dose regimen for post-exposure prophylaxis against rabies, which includes doses on days 0, 3, 7, 14, and 28.

I've heard that taking steam twice a day for about 5 to 7 minutes might help as a precaution against COVID-19. Is this really effective, and if so, how does it work? Would love to get your advice on whether this is a reliable method to include in my routine.
