I had perianal fistula surgery a year ago but still notice a small white sticky discharge from the surgery site. Could this mean the fistula is recurring? I'm trying to conceive will this affect my chances of getting pregnant or cause issues during pregnancy?

View allI've been dealing with anal fissures for the past few days, and it's gotten really itchy. Luckily, there's no pain yet. I'm wondering if seeing a dermatologist is the right move for this type of issue. Do they handle anal fissures, or should I be looking at another kind of specialist?

I'm having some pain when I poop, and I've noticed there's a mole or something that has popped up near my butt hole. It's not bleeding, but I'm worried. What could it be? Is this something I should be concerned about?
It sounds like you may have developed a hemorrhoid or a skin tag near the anal area. While it's not uncommon, I recommend seeing a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and to discuss potential treatment options, especially if the pain persists.

I've been having severe pain in my anus and was told it's a fistula and fissure. The pain was so bad that there was blood with my stool for four days, but after some treatment, the pain eased up. Now I'm noticing pus keeps coming out regularly. I'm really confused about whether this can heal with medicine or if surgery is the only option. What would be the best treatment for this?
Fat reduction surgeries like liposuction carry risks like contour irregularities and anesthesia complications; cost varies but non-surgical options like cryolipolysis exist.
